Frequently, throughout the month, we have our very own Health Practioner, who is pretty much your "one stop shop" for sexual health advice, testing, and even just a friendly chat in discrete comfortable surroundings. Check out our SEXUAL HEALTH section on our website for more information.

 

Finding us

ME1 is located a short 10 minute walk from either Rochester or Chatham train Station taking full advantage of regular train times and high speed services in rochester's Brand New state of the art train station.

Travelling by car couldn't be easier! with great access from the M2, M20 and M25 you're just a short journey to all the FUN!

ME1 is NOT able to provide parking. High street parking is available within minutes of ME1 and safe secure parking can be found in Eason's Yard, Doust Way, Rochester, ME1 1BY (Charges Apply)

 

I'm a little bit nervous to be honest!

It's only natural to feel a bit nervous going anywhere new, we totally understand this and want to make your first visit to ME1 as enjoyble as possible. ME1 is located DISCRETELY, so there's no awkward "front door off the high street" to walk through! Just a short walk into foundry wharf and you'll be greeted with a set of steps which will take you right up to our reception area. Its worth remembering, many people that visit ME1 will probably be feeling the same as you, it wont be long before you're meeting new people and making good friends.

If you prefer to keep yourself to yourself, you can easily "lose yourself" in one of the many relaxation areas such as the steam room or hot tub until you feel ready to venture into some of our other areas!

 

Our friendly team will welcome you in, explain everything to you and issue you with your towel and locker key. Your key is numbered which corresponds to your personal locker, please keep this safe throughout your visit (a wrist or your ankle is usually a good place for this!)

It is your responsibility to keep your property safe throughout your stay, we will do all we can to ensure this happens, but you do so entirely at your own risk.

Please do not be offended if we ask you for ID. you must be OVER the age of 18 to visit and use the facilites at ME1.

ME1 has a "zero attitude" policy, We also DO NOT tolerate any forms of recreational drugs on the premises and you WILL be asked to leave.

If you arrive under the influence of alcohol, you may not be granted entry on this occasion for safety reasons. ALCOHOL is not permitted on the premises.
